REVIEWS

Killer Klowns is one of the best cheesy B-Horror movies. Nothing gets much creepier than myriads of clowns going after people in their giant carnival tent. The movie is funny and yet, spooky. It is one of those films that is enjoyable to watch with a group of friends who just want to have fun and eat a heck of a lot of popcorn. Warning though, cotton candy is reserved for the Klowns-- they use it to hold the victims whom they then suck blood from. Furthermore, these Klowns have their facial makeup smeared on their faces, baggy clown clothes--they embody everything a child may fear about clowns. The director did a good job there which makes this movie much more than just cheesy. From the opening scene, modern audiences must be willing to accept the cheesiness, but it is funny and does make for a great viewing experience. For example, balloon animals become alive as do shadow puppets. Great movie. 5 stars.

Killer Klowns from Outer Space has achieved cult status over the world and rightly so. It's really enjoyable to watch, highly imaginative, quite funny at times and show cases some of the best clown make-up you're ever going to see. It's a totally unique film which is exactly what B-movies should be all about. - popcornpictures.co.uk
